Job Information

The position is for inbound customer service. No telemarketing. Must have excellent phone skills, be computer savvy, able to switch gears quickly, work as a member of a team and have no attendance issues. At least 6 months customer service experience and 6 months inbound tech support is ideal. Other duties as assigned. Must be flexible with learning new clients and work schedule.


The work schedules that are open:
1 position open: Sun 8am -5pm, Mon-Thurs 10:30am to 7pm (except 1st Friday’s of the month)
1 position open: Sun 4pm-12:30am, Mon 4p-12:30, Tues OFF, Wed 4pm-12:30pm, Thurs OFF, Fri 2:30pm-11pm, Sat 3pm-11:30pm
1 position open: Fri and Sat on the 3rd shift, Mon-Wed 10:30am to 7pm

The positions start ASAP.
Week 1 of training will be Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.
Week 2 & 3 of training will between the hours of Mon-Fri 9am to 7pm; the exact schedule is TBD.
