Founder and Company President
In the ever-evolving world of IT services, Bob Taylor is considered a jack-of-all-trades. He is both an IT Executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years experience. Bob founded Taycom in 1994 to supply more relevant and sophisticated IT support to Global corporate clients in the logistics, health care manufacturing, hospitality and chemical industries.

Melissa Corcoran
Executive Vice-President; Vice-President, Sales
As co-founder of Taycom, Melissa has accumulated over 20 years of experience working in IT. She has put her tech-savvy knowledge to work by developing cutting-edge techniques for advancing sales team dynamics, driving HQ account strategy, and leading global accounts in logistics (FedEx), Retailing (Freds, AutoZone) and hospitality (Hilton Worldwide).

Dennis Dickinson
Vice-President, Technical Services  
Dennis is our corporate HQ-level IT Project Manager and all around digital pioneer. He possesses several certifications, and has managed critical IT infrastructure and data plants for such high-profile entities as Smith+Nephew/Richards Medical. Dennis acts as Taycom’s ‘pilot’ when it comes to managing our deployed on-site IT professionals at Taycom’s multiple Fortune 1000 client facilities located across the nation.

Ginger Cannon    
Vice-President, Operations
Ginger has been a crucial member of the Taycom family for the past 17 years. She currently heads up our customer support logistics and billing/accounting/reporting operations. Ginger and her staff also hold our technical professional team together like superglue by seeing to their day-to-day needs on the jobsite.

Michael Nichols   
Executive Director of Talent Acquisition
As our Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, Michael Nichols expertly manages the human side of IT. He  employs a fresh, strategic approach to find innovative  IT pioneers in today’s competitive candidate market.Prior to working for Taycom, Michael was employed as a Human Resources and Recruitment professional with fourteen years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits administration, management and project management, staffing, training and development, employee relations, labor relations and employment laws.
